Improving Teacher Quality - Empowering Teachers as Leaders to Improve Students’ Learning

Edvolution’s research will focus on how the Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST) programme piloted in Malaysia is adapted and scaled up in Thailand.

The research aims to identify the critical elements to launch a teacher leadership development programme in the region; a workable prototype could potentially be scaled to other selected countries in Southeast Asia.
