“Teacher Professional Development Systems for Equity and Quality: Tinkering or Shifting the Paradigm?”
This seminar, which was held in Hanoi, Vietnam, within the Second Global Meeting of the Empowering Teachers Initiative (ETI), aimed to generate a discussion around the transformation of TPD systems in the Global South based on the results of ETI’s latest research and reports, as well as to highlight its ongoing activities. It was in a hybrid format (online and face-to-face) and featured presentations and a panel discussion. We invite you to check it out.

"Harnessing ICT for Large-Scale Teacher Professional Development: A Framework to Help Users Think, Design, and Implement TPD Strategies"
This conversation explores the development and use of a new framework tool from the TPD@Scale Coalition, which aims to support stakeholders in utilizing ICTs to strengthen TPD systems. Colleagues from Honduras and Uzbekistan discussed how the pillar framework supports education decision-makers in identifying where to focus efforts and resources to achieve systemic shifts in the efficiency, quality, and equity of TPD.
