The goal of the Capacity Strengthening component is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capacities of different actors in the TPD system, particularly 1) government policy makers and decision makers, 2) TPD system program designers and implementers, and 3) researchers, to better perform their respective functions.
TPD@Scale Global Learning Cycle
Designed for policymakers, decision-makers, teacher professional development (TPD) designers and implementers, and education researchers, the TPD@Scale Global Learning Cycle offers foundational knowledge on TPD@Scale. It provides participants with the opportunity to analyze, contextualize, and exchange insights on large-scale TPD through the lenses of equity, quality, and efficiency.

Brown Bag sessions are informal, lunch-style discussions among ETI researchers and partners, offering a platform to share ideas, reflect on challenges, and explore key learnings from their work.
